A GUARANTEE OF OUR HOURLY SERVICES If you do not believe the value of our services equals or exceeds the amount we have charged on any invoice, simply notify us within 30 days of that invoice, and we will attempt to correct the situation. If we cannot correct the situation to your satisfaction, you will only owe the amount you believe our services for that billing period were worth.
